For many years I have been working to help people improve self-esteem and relationships, reduce depression and anxiety, and better manage life-stage and transitional difficulties. I have twenty plus years of combined direct psychotherapy and business human relations experience. As a psychodynamic and insight oriented psychotherapist my strength is in building a solid working relationship with individual adults. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment where one can feel comfortable talking about concerns.
